Since 1995, over 800 emergency services personnel in Alberta have been injured in traffic-related incidents. At least 3 police officers have been killed. Every day, there are countless near misses.
In partnership with other stakeholders, the JPMF coordinated the production of this PSA that addresses the issue of motorists speeding by emergency roadside scenes – and not giving emergency services personnel room to do their job.
